Bio
Bob Frascone
Frontman, Blues Harp, Vocals
Bob is a blues traditionalist to the core! He started playing harmonica as a teenager growing up in Chicago listening to and studying from some of the blues greats of all time. He credits his old-school “tongue-blocking” style mainly to harmonica great and custom harmonica maker, Joe Filisko. Prior to moving out to Arizona, Bob fronted and played in several blues bands in Chicago. For many years he performed in local bars, blues clubs, festivals, corporate events and private parties. Bob has the look, style and sound that will bring you back to the post-World War II traditional blues feel. More importantly, Bob knows how to connect with the crowd and keep the party going!

Gordon enjoys his role of holding down the bottom end, staying true to the old-school bass style and being a part of the rhythm section that keeps the “blues engine”running for Chicago Bob and the Blues Squad.
Steve Atwood
Drummer
Hailing from the Central Coast of California, my journey into the world of music began in the mid-1960’s, when I picked up my first pair of drumsticks and discovered the thrill of rhythm. My passion for percussion led me to study music at the college level where I deepened my understanding of various musical styles.
My performances have taken me to some incredible venues and events, most notably the renowned Monterey Blues Festival, Blues in the Park in California and the world famous Viper Room in Los Angeles.
I believe that music is not just a form of entertainment; it is a universal language that can heal, inspire, and bring people together.
